Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the goods.
